Return Policy
Kash House DOES NOT issue refunds! Store Credit Only. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items must be unworn and with original Kash House tags. You must contact Customer Service within 24 hours. Items must be shipped out within the next business day.

Items must be unworn and unwashed. Jewelry or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Where is My Order?
You will receive an email once your order has been placed. The email will contain tracking information once your order is processed and shipped. You can track your delivery by logging into your account. Please note that couriers will do their best to adjust delivery to your lifestyle and accommodate your busy schedule.
How Do I Return an Item?
Kash House Boutique does NOT issue refunds. However you may exchange your unworn items with original packaging and tags within 24 hours of delivery for store credit only.
Unfortunately Kash house cannot exchange worn items. Please try on shoes indoors to be eligible for return. Bathing suits, undergarments, and shape wear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene precautions. Please email info@shopkashhouse.com with order number and reason for return.

Can I Return an Item?
Yes! You can return your unworn items for store credit. We currently do not offer refunds for our customers. If you would like to exchange your items, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, once your item is received at Kash House and processed a store credit will be issued when the unwanted item is returned. Email info@shopkashhouse.com with order number and reason for return.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Kash House processes orders many times as soon as they are placed if you would like to cancel your order do it quickly. Once the order has been processed it can’t be canceled.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Store Credit?
Once your return order has been received and processed please allow up to 7 days to receive store credit.
