You will receive an email once your order has been placed. The email will contain tracking information once your order is processed and shipped. Unfortunately Kash house cannot exchange worn items. Please try on shoes indoors to be eligible for return. Bathing suits, undergarments, and shape wear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene precautions. Please fill out the return note included in your package and ship back to 3141 E Seminary Drive Fort Worth, Texas 76119 at your expense. When we receive the package you will receive store credit.
Yes! You can exchange your unworn items. We currently do not offer refunds for our customers. If you would like to exchange your iem, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, once your item is received and processed a store credit will be issued when the unwanted item is returned. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
Kash House processes orders many times as soon as they are placed if you would like to cancel your order do it quickly. Once the order has been processed it can’t be canceled.
Once your return order has been received and processed please allow up to 10 days to receive store credit.
